- Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after receiving payment. For shipments sent via Korea Post, USPS, or other national postal services, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and local postal conditions.

- International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.

- In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund.

- Returns are accepted only if the item is in its ORIGINAL condition — meaning new, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If the tags are no longer attached but still included in the return, we will issue a partial refund.

- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund right away. You will receive a message confirming the completion of the refund process.

- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges (both ways).

- If you request to cancel the order after payment has been made, and the reason is a change of mind, please note that a 5% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from your refund, as this fee is non-refundable to us.
